Tamar DeWilde
Tamar DeWilde, (she/her) of Huslia Village serves as the Data Specialist with the National Indigenous Women's Resource Center (NIWRC). Previously, Tamar was on active duty in the United States Army as a cadet at the United States Military Academy, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Cyber Science: Machine Learning. During her time in the military, Tamar served as the Information Support Officer and Addressing Sexual Assault and Harassment Officer for her company. Tamar hopes to use the skills she acquired in the military to help Indigenous survivors.
As a survivor herself, Tamar is grateful for the opportunity to support NIWRC’s critical mission.
Tamar is currently working out of Sacramento, California.
